Welcome to the consultation website for the proposed redevelopment of Abbey House, Wellington Way, Weybridge.
Our aim is to create a development that positively contributes to the local area by providing high quality new homes with a communal roof garden, integrated with the surrounding green areas and heritage landmarks.
In summary, the proposals, named Aviation House given its historical use as an aircraft factory, will deliver:
- 106 new homes (1- and 2-bedroom apartments).
- A strong gateway to the area.
- Modern, high quality architecture, inspired by the existing historical buildings and heritage in the area.
- Retained and enhanced green areas surrounding the site, including a landscaped podium deck.
